This is our new side view AHD 10" camera kit. The side view camera allows users to adjust the ball and socket camera to fit their application. Our AHD cameras have a built-in recording system and 1080p camera resolution. This particular monitor has eight camera inputs, with the ability to toggle between camera views or view all eight cameras at the same time. This system comes in with a built in recording feature (SD card not included). You can easily switch between your camera inputs with the remote that's provided in the kit. We give you the option to power your monitor with our cigarette lighter adapter, or you may choose to hard-wire into your system.

What is an IP Rating?
An IP rating or code is based on the International Electrotechnical Commission’s (IEC), and is essentially a classification process rating the degree of protection offered from the security camera against any intrusion by solid and/or liquid matter. All of our cameras are submersion tested and an IP rating of 68 essentially ensures that our cameras are protected from total dust ingress and protected from long term immersion up to a specified pressure.
What is the difference between 700 TVL and 1080p?
Historically, there has been a push in the industry to replace the traditional analog video cameras with a system that still produced a quality image. While the digital cameras provide a high quality image, the issue with the full digital format is the delay in the transmission of the image. The new Analog High Definition (AHD) systems are the perfect solution to the problem since they provide both a high quality image with almost no delay in transmission of the image. You will get a significant improvement in color and clarity with our 1080p cameras compared to our 700 TVL cameras. While the image clarity and quality may not be necessary for every application, we highly recommend using the AHD cameras for applications where you want to record.
